What about slip rental? I didn't see anything when I registered about requesting a slip preferably a covered one.

OK everyone as of tonight we have about 14 spot left to go downtown on the Friday Fun Run. If you don't get in the top 50 and want to go we will have to find you a ride but the rest of the event is open to everyone. I am expecting around 100 boats from all over the country... AZ to FL to NY! You guys know who you are and thank you for coming to our event.

It looks like the Friday night party is really coming together and I want to officially announce the involvement of Brad and Powerboat Nation! Our plans are a full fledged street party on lower Broadway in downtown Nashville with a few of our boats on display. We also have a couple great sponsors who are bringing a few things to display from Mystic Powerboats and from Music City Motor Cars who is the local Bentley, Rolls, Aston dealer. I am also expecting a local car club with some nice stuff that originated in Italy to show up along with a few Old School Muscle Cars so don't wait until it's too late and miss out. Don't forget it is also Music City so I am sure to have a couple surprises to show up on a stage here and there to entertain you guys and girls so get registered and get your butt to Nashville!!!!

Anyone who wants a slip rental please shoot me a message or email us at:

[email protected]

or

[email protected]

and we will make sure and accommodate everyone! We have moved marinas and have access to two marinas on the lake so some of the logistics are getting worked out now as far as slips but we will have a place for everyone to park in the water so don't worry. The final details are coming but we had our host marina buy another location so we have even more access to slips and final details are being worked out.

AGAIN-Everyone will have a slip or place to tie their boat for the entire weekend.

I'm in!!!

Where is everybody staying? Stayed at Operyland last time, but that's kind of a hike after the party on Sat. Suggestions?

Also, are the slips near the action for Sat night? Or will we have to drive back and forth?

OK everyone... We are about 8 weeks out and things are really shaping up for the event July 31st/August 1st in Nashville. I did announce on Facebook last week that our Friday plans to lock through the dam and run the river to downtown Nashville have hit a snag with the lock being closed by the Corp of Engineers for maintenance so I am planning a cruise Friday up to Gallatin Marina for lunch at Awe Daddy's. I have a fish fry and grilled chicken lunch on Friday since we couldn't go downtown that we are going to provide for all our teams. Then Saturday it is going to be a great run with the biggest Pizza Party on the water. Jet's Pizza is providing pizza for every boat at the last stop...

Get this folks... You are getting you money's worth with two lunches and a dinner Saturday night for everyone so get your butt to Nashville and go to:

www.tnpowerboat.com

and get registered!!

Just registered. Looking forward to the run. Did I make the first 50 for Friday? Is anyone staying downtown and if so which is the best place to stay?
