Thanks for the info. Pick up 1a looks like a freaking haul. We are registered and have locked down rooms at the park. Thank you Marsha for all the help. Pickup 1a is a 43 mile run from the sportsmans boat ramp where most boats will be put it at. Good restaurant called river bottom grill right there at the marina if you can make it down there fast enough to eat and get back to the rest of the stops. Its about a 53 mile run back to the state park where the concert is going to be. Once you get past pickup 2a the water smooths out and its a pretty easy run.

May need to get a head count on the long run. Even running 50 to 60 its still a 2.5 hour rounder if service is quick.

Abunch of us from pickwick was up in Nashville for the old hickory fun run this past weekend and met a lot of people and heard quite a few of them talking about coming down for the run. I do not know if we will beat the tie up we had in Drakes Creek sat afternoon but we will do our best to give it a try. Live on the water concert with special guest appearance by one of our own pickwick powerboaters and of course Darryl Worley. 108 Ft megayacht 'Bullish' will be parked out by the concert as well. Come enjoy the good people and meet some passionate powerboaters from the area, we look forward to doing this every year.

We are having a grill brought in and going to cook out and have a storage party Friday late afternoon right across the street from Freddy T's, its the old Pier 57 showroom, it has now been leased by Sportsmans boat storage and we have 6 powerboats inside and I believe they are pulling out some of the boats in the showroom to let the big boats park, Parking lot big enough to put some more boats who do not want to be put in the water on Friday. Everyone is welcome to stop by, have a drink and enjoy watching all the boats coming in. We will be going to Freddy T's afterwards to continue the partying.

I got a very nice email from Carey's Mom, Janet, yesterday. I do believe she will be attending the Memorial Poker Run next weekend.

She and Carey's extended family and friends, along with Jeremie's family check in on these threads regularly for memories and happy thoughts.
