Friday DEC 9th
8;00AM registration opens
10;00 AM gather on the docks to prep for lunch run
10;30 AM briefing on lunch run
10;45 AM push off on lunch run
5-7 Pm patio meet and greet,at host hotel
7;30 Pm dinner then party your butt off with some of the greatest guys and girls on the river.Party at half throttle as Saturday is the BIG day.
Saturday Dec10
8;00 AM Registration desk opens
10;00 AM Briefing in the main hall of the Crystal Cove resort
11;30 AM start the Toy Run
the flotilla will run from the bridge in Palatka to the City Dock in Welaka, where the First resnders will collect your toys and gifts.
??;30 Lunch at the Renegades resort
Live entertainment and a great lunch** will be the feature , and a whole lot of tall stories of boating adventures between friends.
8;30 PM Dinner banquet** at the Crystal Cove resort . With a Birthday toast and cake** to celebrate everyone B-day in December . Then party and dance all evening long. RaceBoat Rus turns 56. The evening will feature great food and drinks and festivities at full throttle fun. Live music and we will dance because we still can.
Sunday morning if you can find your way to dinning room come share a re energizing breakfast with your new friends

We're in this year as long as I get my boat done! Last time it was in the water was jacksonville river rally last year. Rus is there a Facebook page set up for this, I could share it with some of my friends in Jacksonville and probably get a few more boats!

Rus, where are you thinking for the lunch run this year? Might I suggest Outback Crab Shack like the Jax poker run? They have a TON of dockage and we won't have to idle 5 miles like last year lol.

yes you are very correct . but on the friday lunch run we have fewer participant. and i would hate to miss the snaky curvy run up duns creek. the creek is navigable for a 45 footer but twisty enough to challeng an 18 foot tunnel

Dunns creek has 31 turns on a 7.5 streach of water . mark as navigable with numbered markers...

but it is what ever the group wants

I'm pretty sure the river was high last year, USGS charts showed it was 2.5' high, right now it's less than 1'. Compared with the past few years in early Dec, its hit or miss on whether the river will be lower or high. Maybe a call can be made closer to the date, either way...we're all in for a good time.
