Photographer
Please inform this years event photographer how many boats are registered for this event and to use the helio time wisely for getting pics of as many participants boats as possible, instead of 20 pictures of the same 20 boats, or boats not even registered in the event. This has a two fold benefit, participants have the opportunity to spend money for a great pic of their boat, and the photographer will make more money by selling more pics to more people and have better exposure of his or her talents.

I will pass on this information, we have stepped away from the photography details in the past couple years as it became hard to handle along with everything else we have going on during the event and handed (other than informing people, etc.) the planning, scheduling, etc. to the photographer but like I said I will pass this information on to him.
