The UIM is pleased to announce that intensive negotiations with the P1 Management Ltd and
International Sea Racing Ltd have been successfully concluded to mutual satisfaction.

With immediate effect, the UIM World & Continental Endurance Championships will be
organised and promoted by the new Maltese-based International Sea Racing Ltd.

Teams, sponsors and other involved or interested parties are welcome to contact the new
promoter directly on any matters relating to the aforementioned championships.

The agreement between the UIM and International Sea Racing Ltd will be ratified in the
presence of the Prime Minister of Malta, Dr Lawrence Gonzi.
