There are a lot of really nice PowerPlays ot there for sale right now. With a little patience and the gas prices climbing I am sure that these guys will have to come off their high prices. Watch the gas prices go up and the twin engine boat prices come down.

They won't keep coming down if the new ones keep going up at the pace they are. Sooner or later the used market will be a hotter market than the new market - and then the used prices will stabilize or even rise.

Do you really think a guy spending 100k plus on a boat is crapping his pants over another $1200-$1800 in fuel every year? If so, he is definetely in the wrong "sport".

I agree, however, when you add the cost of fuel, expensive insurance and the costs of boating(especially if you have to tow the boat also or store it somewhere) it really gets expensive.

I own a home in Lake Havasu, Az where we do most of our boating....it costs me roughly $3,000+ A MONTH to go boating  .....this is my mtg payment+taxes+ insurance+ boat payment+ boat insurance+ traveling+ food, etc....

Everytime we go out there, it costs a minimum of $225.00 to get there and eat, this is not including putting gas in the boat
