Here's a couple shots of the drives and motors....
I can't remember if the motors are built 454s or 502s but they put out 650 hp each and I think the drives are speedmasters (where is my memory going....I just took these pictures a couple weeks ago while I was in Florida for the Miami show....I must be looking at too many different boats
)

There are at least 6 33 powerplays in the Annapolis MD. Area. I don't have pictures of all of them' but I'll see what I can find. The powerplay in the post above was rigged by Pat and the guys at Performance Marine in Pompano. It has 502 (509?) engines with650+or-hp. The boat is very nice,but so are the 6 around annapolis.

The guys to ask would be John Boscarino (Bosco) and Ed, they would probably have a pretty good idea.
An aside:
I've got a 4 inch tall stack of pics on loan from Bosco that shows the entire Powerplay build from start to finish on 2 or 3 different 33 sport decks. Maybe one day I'll get motivated & scan them in, quite a bit of history there.

Good post. I'd love to see the pics of some of these boats. I was talking to Ed (here on OSO) he was a longtime PP employee and he told me there were maybe 3-4 33's built each year for the last 4 yrs or so. I thought there were more out there.
Here's a "before" pic of the 2002 for sale here in the OSO classifieds....next pic will show the "after" it was painted.
