Thanks guys....We had water reversion. Trouble shooted and thought it was bad headers. Long story short, we broke a connecting rod and a rocker arm. The old headers are at cmi being tested again- they were just tested in July and passed. Brand new motor too - things that make you go hmmm....

cowisl, I'm sorry to hear that, not fun!!!!! Are your CMI's "cool collars"? I wonder how many issues the CMI's have had over the last couple of years. Wish that I had Stelling headers on our PP. Hope everything works out!!! Robbie

Just got a phone call from CMI. The old ones passed again! The tails were brand new and i am using cmi tips with an enternal baffle with hpi external flaps. Let me dig up a pic to figure out how long my tails are...Any ideas guys? This motor has about 3 hours on it!

If you have any rubber hose between the exhaust parts check it for damage in the inner liner, Karaoke Mike had this issue with his Formula. The inner liner came down like a flap and caused it to revert water.

Just heard back from the machine shop. The valve that broke was not spec - the rest of them were. Looks like the machine shop that rebuilt the engine initially ran out of the right valves!
