Speaking production boats here, Beyond tedious hand-made, limited production, who do you see as having done a commendable job keeping to the spirit of good-riding, solid construction?
Of course this is beyond the discussion of PP, Apaches, Ciggs, etc... Perhaps a different thread altogether, since I don't want to mix apples and avacados.
Reason being, there are a lot of folks on this site and others, that look at older Formulas, PP, Bajas and the like, simply because the new ones are way beyond the reach. But with your knowledge and hands-on experience, you must have some idea of who the better recreational boat makers are.

Steve may answer it in a PM but I suspect he won't do it on the open forum......

Not specifying the performance boat industry, which arguably is small.
I think Steve in general has already pointed out some of the current performance boats he respects, and why. Not a Ford/Chevy type discussion. Different thread maybe.

Powerplay 38 Hull Vacuum Bag Sealing ,I keep a very loose bag to avoid bridging and use a few large "Pigs Ears" instead of many small ones to take up the resulting extra Bag film at the tape line

Powerplay 38 Hull Mold Bagging the last Odd shaped pieces of core, If you look to the right of my hand you can see the excess bonding adhesive coming up into the bubble Pack. We try for no more than @ 1MM of bond line.
