I think that is the first shot of the blue 38 I have ever seen posted online! This is the boat that has been re-rigged with 700/NXT's.
For those of you that don't recognize the paint scheme it was a copy of the Playboy 35 Cigarette. My buddy liked the paint and did the boat in 03, two years after the Cig premiered. Nick liked it but didn't want to copy Oliver's so he specified Navy. There was a guy in North Palm that had a 35 Playboy and this Powerplay was huge compared to the Cig (and faster)! To be fair the Cig had 500's and the PP had 525's....

It depends on what or why you think they do or do not need steps.. Like Jupiter stated in todays economy..for speed..steps sell and like many boats on this board like Fountain, AT..etc...a step equates to an approx 10%+ increase in performance..is it needed on the PP if the hulls ever came out again.. I say yes.. the 33 as well, same situation..and while your at it do the 28..heck..I might as well open a boat co..cause it's so profitable..
