This 38 Powerplay deck came out of the last mold I built there,The Boss told me to make it one inch thick and solid glass, OK 420 Gallons of Resin and gelcoat later it was done,then a supporting structure carefully built so no stress would ever be point loaded on the mold shell itself ,,Idea here like laying it in the palm of your hand.
We finessed it once in the factory space where it was to remain, then 6 months down the road another light correction of anything that showed up was the plan. Problem here is the care that must be exercised in the storage and handling, Dan was simply going to always leave a finished part in it, which is the best way of keeping it protected and never expose it to direct sunlight/heat for any period of time.
