His boat is a 2005, not a 2001 you are referencing that he showed on here. Therefore 50k is not even close for his boat assuming 525's.
The biggest detriment in my mind is the difficulty to finance a boat in pieces, which limits you to cash buyers. |

Price is in line with the 03 nada. After options etc roughly 80k finished. Adding the paint and trailer is useless. And you are correct about the financing aspect. That is why I recommend finishing it to sell it and hopefully give tz a lil profit.

It's an 05 though I thought? I agree, if he has the power around I'd think paying to finish rigging even would end up with a better sale/return. W/ decent power it would be the best 33 out there by far right? What is that worth? |

How many 03-05 were built? And we all know NADA has inflated values in this market. Newest around? Yes. Best around? That is in the eye of the purchaser. I know you dig the paint and I am sure it is a high quality job but if someone like me bought it the first thing would be to sand and repaint it before it was rigged. I know of a few people interested in this boat but as said before the numbers don't work and that is not including labor because we can rig it ourselves. It does have the potential to be the baddest ass 33 out there but for the $$$ you could get a turnkey twin step Gun, Glad, Stilleto etc...

I for one like the paint... as far as baddest 33 around- you bite your tongue jay!! LOL

700hp 540's and XR's, HD transom assy's, steering and K planes and all the accessories needed a little over 40k plus the boat. No labor. All new or fresh quality stuff and rigged like a PP should be.

I honestly think you would be better off buying an old donor boat that some moron dumped big money into and stripping it for the parts.
