If I remember correctly from other threads AJ's 33 runs low 80's loaded down with 525's and I think PP Jay has 600's and runs mid 80's loaded down.

I believe the #4 will be a shallower drive, but not a surface piercing drive. (I believe the current owner added a spacer to help it plane better.) I doubt they gain you speed since it should require more hp to use them, but you will have better durability over a Bravo, which allows more hp which, yes, is faster.
Some of the smarter folks can chime in here to verify that. Jason, are you sleeping up there in the north?? lol
My gut feeling on this boat is that the performance will require more $ and upkeep and the Powerplay market is a small one. No takers at this time. I don't think the asking price is ridiculous. The #4's likely have potential buyer's attention as well. Some say "run" and others say "no problem". Just my observation thus far.

#4 is a surfacing drive with a very close X dimension to a #6. You can also run big diameter #6 props on the 4's which gives you that much more hookup in rough water.
As far as money goes, a number #4 and a tranny that's never broke cost a lot less to run than a broken Bravo!!
