Mr. K / Franks Marine... had 600's in it, had structural modifications not done by powerplay and stuffed/broke apart killing throttleman. Powerplay was cleared of all liability in court.

3killed in marco island area few years ago on a 33 pleasure same type of case someone had taken the deck off to install motors and did not put it back properly .
