I read something about that recently... said that the kid had just bought it a few weeks prior. Messing with structural integrity is never a smart move.

They didn't. Going off memory they were paid to install new motors and also fix some damage to the boat at the deck/hull joint(incorrectly). They denied repairing the deck.

That's my old PP with me driving and neighbor riding on the Tim's Rivershore Poker run on the Potomac River. Other pics are at my house. This Power Play has a small sit down rear bench seat not stand up. I purchased the boat with no power and rigged it with 572's would run around 98-101 but would snap prop shafts if over trimmed. That was before xr drives were available. Great running and handling boat till you lost a shaft at speed.
