Default prop testing

Hey guys I going to Throttle Up on wed to do prop testing on my 33 powerplay. we are going to test a bunch of different props including 5 blades. I hoping to get 94-95 out of her, i guess we'll see. I'll post the differences between the props.

To the wood, yes I running shorties. Well here's the story, tried 28" 5 blades getting on plan was alittle easier by 400 rpm cruising was about 5mph better but lost top end 3mph. These where stock blades. Tried a pair of 29 hydros boat did not like it at all.

To the wood and PP33 what brand and type of prop are you guys running?

baja 27, we both have labbed 30 bravos. They are reworked slightly different though. Do you still have revlimiters at 5150rpm, or was that modified with the procharger install? What props are you running now? You are welcome to try my 30s, but you will have to be able to turn at least 5400-5500 rpm to run over 90mph. Just let me know . Good luck.

To the wood & PPlay 33 I run 31 bravos now at 5,500 rpm so far I get 90. I looking to get 92-94 mph out of her. I also have different cams in the motor, it's basically a hp500 motor with prochargers. I'm also thinking about about running more boost. Currently I run 4 pounds, thinking about bumping it to 6psi? What do you guys think? The motor is studded also.

baja27, you should be able to run more boost easily. The procharger setup should be intercooled, so it will be safe. I would like to go for a ride just to compare it to the other ones I have been in. Keep plugging away at it, you should get that speed!
