Good to see you back on the boards. I have to agree with PQVyper340 comments. Very well put!! I am a representative for a couple of products manufactured in Pa. Image is everything. Customer Support from the dealer is mandatory within the network structure. |
Thanks folks, I appreciate your input. I live in the Detroit area so a drive accross the state to PQ factory won't kill me as long as I know they will be there for us.
Support is very important, I will gladly pay a reasonable premium anytime for strong customer service. |
I purchased a 2001 280 Silencer from Blue Bay Yachts in Niceville, Florida a few months ago and have been nothing but pleased with this boat. There are a few minor things that need fixing and the dealer is going out of his way to make sure things are done right and close to home so I won't have to pull the boat over 300 miles to his dealership ( I live near Baton Rouge Louisiana). With this commitment to his products and the repatation of Powerquest, I should enjoy many years of great service and pleasure on the water! :)

Maybe PQ should pay attention to this and put the heat on the southern PA dealer that is NOT meeting the customers satisfaction. :mad:
