Ray..still looking at 38 PQ. The person looked at it today and seems very interested. It is now just a price issue. I have my bottom line. Wife won't let me take a big hit selling. So, we'll see what he is thinking this week. If not, I'll send the marina deposit in and probably won't sell until after the season. Don't want to be boatless during the summer or have to feel rushed to buy another boat. I've already got my sponsors lined up for a couple poker runs this year.
