Skater on the side made our boat increase about 25% in value :D

Skater type ownership would be a good thing for any company... especially one like PQ who already built a solid product with a good following of loyal owners who appreciate quality craftsmanship and exceptional value for the money.

Hey MentalP, are you ever going to get that 43? The latest news sounds good but it's been a long time since we first heard about it and one has to wonder when, oh when, will the newest Sunsation be released.

I still think its Phil Hall.......... Sakter may be helping with the money, but I dont think its more that that. Phil has told some people I know that he is buying PQ.

At least Mental is giving us some news. This silence (other than unsubstantiated rumors) is killing me. :(

The longest wait, 18 months to build the plugs is over.

All molds are made, even the smaller parts. a cabin and associated deck over it was sent to McLeod this week so he could start work on the cabin interior.

I have not talked to the factory lately since I have been travelling for work. I'm hoping the hull will get pulled from the molds next week, but again, not sure what the progress has been the last 10 days.

My guess is assembly will take 3-4 times longer than a production boat.

It will be well worth the wait.

I hear there is a new rule on Knot4Me's boat - no beer allowed left on boat at end of day. Otherwise the lift won't work!

"Go for the 6K Poly Jeff...it will be fine. Poly's are conservatively rated. A 6K Poly will easily lift more than 6K..." Ah, WRONG! I'm afraid to put the portable MSD back in the boat now. Gonna start looking around for a used 8K. :(
