Look at the bottom of this page where you see the "Quick Reply"
Than below the area that you would type a message is a "Manage Attachments" button. Click that and you will have another window open up with 3 other tabs labeled :Browse, Click one of those and locate the folder and the photo and simply double click . Just remember that you'll need to reduce your resolution.

Go to XP resizer

Install then when you need to downsize a photo it will make a copy of the original in the size you choose this is fast and easy! Just right click ont the picture.

I'm assuming you some type of photo editing software? You'll just need to open the photo's in say Photo Shop and find the re-size area.

Too much work! Just use the above XP plug in and you can downsize on the fly!

The above pictures I loaded took a couple of seconds!
