Well I talked the wife into letting me pull the boat out of storage today. She's heading out shopping so I'll have all day to install my new toys. With that said, with luck I'll drop her in next weekend (the boat not the wife).

Thanks to Wrinkleface, I started my 260 in the driveway last night. Hopefully dropping in in the lake this weekend or early next week. :evilb: :drink:

I pulled the outdrives two Saturdays ago for annual maintenance. Motors still perfectly aligned. :cool: Then splashed her on Sunday and she ran great! Last weekend was sh*tty. Today is sh*tty. Now I'm really pissed I did not take the opportunity to fill the tank when I splashed her last. :(

Splashed the 270 on Friday, God it's good to be back on the water with a full cooler and a full tank!!!!!

Yesterday was the 4th outing on the PQ and the 7th of the season overall.

I forgot how good it felt to be sunburnt :evilb: :evilb: :evilb:

Even better, my youngest son (3) had the choice of doing an easter egg hunt or boating with boys........... he drove the boat in to put it away yesterday :D :D :D

Second splash down today. My high and dry has a new pricing structure for gas. I was pleasantly surprised to see that member prices were only $2.87. Non member price for regular.....$3.37. :eek:

I got a full tank now! :cool:

All,

Got mine wet last Wednesday. It was a perfect day on the Illinois river for the first run. 2 - 4 foot whitecaps, which the boat just loved. This was my first trip in my new 38' and it was a lot different than the 34'.

Just De winterized last weekend looks like rain this weekend. Sound system upgrade soon to be installed so i'll be in the water 2 weeks. Guess i'll have to take the bike out again. Oh And Hockey playoff's.

Well up her in the north country we haven't had splash down yet but at least I have her in the driveway ready to go. Looks like we may have a shot this weekend, most likly next.
Say I just ordered one of those hatch boosters from Rex. Will let you know how it works,

Hopefully will get mine wet next weekend if it is back from the shop. :rolleyes:
Shed is being put up, should be done this week and then comes the plumbing, heating, and concrete. Hopefully will be using it within three weeks :D

IM PISSED!!!!!!! Can't get the 270 monster to start. Its getting fuel, I think its the MSD ignition system. Its got to be the box itself or the coil. :( I guess I'll be spending some time on it this weekend.

Boat is not done yet, shed should be finished on Tuesday then here comes the rest of the stuff to do to it. Oh well if it is as nice in a couple of weeks as it is now we will have to partake in a cold one or two in the shed. :drink: :drink:

Im in the water/on the lift. Ran in 2 to 4 footers yesterday from Grand Haven to Muskegon and had a blast.

Got wet, never left the marina and put it back on the trailer. :mad: Found out I have a bad cam (number 5 exh lobe flat) and pulled both motors and having them being freshened up. The good thing is I'll be over 600hp when done :eek: :D

MP - I don't think that wager is fair too you. You will have to deal with all that traffic on 54, and then trying to find a place to park the car and all..........
