www.rrtextiles.com

Talk to their Oregon location. I made patterns for my Sonic, and the carpet turned out better than I could have imagined. It was nice, plush, and solid as such that it stayed in place (non-skid backing) that I did not need to install snaps.

I have seen Matworks carpet, and I am not going to bash them, but IMHO, R&R Textiles is better.

Red carpet would look very cool in a boat. We have purple. It is hot, hot, hot in the sun. I kind of half way considered a light colored berber.

I am considering replacing my orignal grey cockpit carpet with a dark blue, but now i am wondering about the extra heat factor from a darker color. I know sometimes my grey carpet would get perrty hot barefoot. Also the darker colors might fade faster.

Now I am sounding really anal......(I know, what an a$$!)...TeHee. The darker colors also show every thread, crumb, Dorito part etc ever dropped in the boat. I have a large dog that sheds pretty much all the time and my berber at home does not show it anywear near as much as purple!(the dog does not get on the boat, he wigs out when people jump in the water.)

I think the dark colors are cool (actually hot in the sun!) but when I am out enjoying a brew, I don't want to be focused on crumbs/threads/dog hairs.

I had planned on going to purple but after talking with a few other people I opted to stay with the light gray. Is the red the low nap or is it more of a plush??

How about some before and after pics??
