Default Finished some updates

Well I got a chance to visit the boat a couple weekends in a row and managed to get the new billit speaker grills installed as well as the foot rails. As always it's never that easy!!
The 10" subs were a piece of cake. The 6.5 ended up being a real pain. The speakers I had were brand new however the mounting ring would not fit over the back of the speaker due to design. So once again I ended up at Best buy and $250 later walked out with 4 more 6.5" speakers. So if anyone needs any speakers I'll make you a great deal!!!

The foot rails took a little time but were pretty much a slam dunk other than I still need to remove the cabin door to through bolt the drivers side to the helm. I failed to note the allen heads holding the top rail togeather.

Photo's are not the greatest due to poor lighting (they look more blue than purple) .

If anyone needs any speakers let me know. I have four 6" Sony explode 3 ways which were in the boat for 2 months.

Four 6.5" DB Audiobahn 2 way speakers that were used 1 time at the end of the year.I have 4 of these as well.

Any interest drop me an e-mail and I can get you more info.

Grand Products Ph (231) 798-7034
They were one of the past owners of PQ. I paid $100 for both including shipping.

Looks real nice Brian--You are a perfectionist and your boat shows it...why did you change out the speakers so soon? Anything wrong with them?

PQ Baby. Nothing wrong other than me. I took out the original kenwoods fall of 05 and put in the Sony explode 3 ways. The following year I decided I wanted to get rid of Sony's due to they were red and really didn't match anything in the boat, So I bought 4 new DB 6.5 dia Audiobahns. By mistake I bought 6.5 and not 6.25 so I had to open up the holes a bit. Well I ordered the new billet grills and unfortunately the mounting rings would not fit over the rear shield. So off to Best Buy again!! So if anyone wants a good deal on speakers I can set you up. They are all pretty much brand new!!! Photo's available upon request.

Fast Forward,

The mods look good. I have had to remove the cabin door in a previous PQ and it was not fun at all.
