Default twin engine shifters

how do you guys like your shifters? shifter/shifter/throtle/throtle or shifter /throtle/throtle/shifter.
my last PQ was S/S/T/T and i was used to it.looking at another PQ and its S/T/T/S .
I know most PQ are that way but I tried driving one like that and coulnt get it.
do you dock with one engine in neutral ?I cant see how you can shift them both been that far apart.

I have the s t t s setup.

when backing in to the slip I just set the drives straight, turn around, and put one hand on each shifter, spin it, and walk it in.

Down side is if you trying to walk the boat forward slowly i pretty much just use one shifter at a time instead of both. Only time I wish they were together is putting iy on the trailer, as walking the boat up with each drive does not keep it dead on straight.

My props are at bblades, I am ready to splash when they get back!

I prefer S/S/T/T. Mentalpause's old 32 Dominator was this way. Very nice to not have to reach over the throttles to shift the starboard drive when docking.

Shifter/shifter/throttle/throttle. My 99 Vyper when it was delivered was set up, shifter/throttle/throttle/shifter. and we swapped them around for my comfort of use. In fact, I've got a 27pc Forlmula now with twin 305s/bravo IIIs that I took the 2 stick morse setup out of and installed a set of keikeafer controls in just to make it easier/more comfortable to me for docking etc.

engine hatch works perfect. Shot right up after a season of sitting in storage. Relay did the trick.

What are you looking at?

What relay did you go with? I'm gonna have to do the same thing myself.

I can't remember the old one. The new one is TT/SS. I remember for sure the old one had the throttles together and the shifters together. I thought the throttles were closest to the driver so you did not have to reach over the shifters when you were running hard and throttling. But then again, you really would not have to since the shifters would both be forward.
