Default Fairing Installation

I e-mailed PQ to see if they had any fairings laying around for my 26 and they had two. Just wondering if anyone has tackled the install on there own and how difficult it was? List price was around $2,700.

Changing from windshield to fairing is easier than fairing to windshield (that's what they told me when they did mine)
$2700.00 sounds very high unless that's installed.
