Well I called integrity and it looks like about $2000 to 2500 for a complete rehaul, Paint, bunks ,brakes and misc items. Looks like $4000 to $5000 for a new one.
Any thoughts on the old surge brakes vs the newer electronic type. Pros and cons?? |

I have mixed feelings on integrity trailers. My trailer creeks, cracks, pops and pretty much sounds like its going to fall apart. I have had to replace both axles, one last year and one this year. The first axle last year I was not impressed with them at all as far as knowing what I needed to replace it. This year was much better mainly because I knew what I needed and I think I dealt directly with the manager.
Anyways, I think a rebuild would be more then sufficient and I also would not reccomend a white trailer either. My last trailer was white and it would look yellow around rock chips from rust and was much harder to keep looking good. good luck |
:D Your forgetting about the 110 gallons of gas! I always fillup at home before I head to the lake. I'm not knocking the integrety trailer at all. I pulled my Powerquest from Ohio to Georgia in December through a wintery mess! Being as I'm towing with a Suburban the weight savings of the aluminum is a big plus as well.
I definately like the electric over hydraulic disc brakes better.

I had integity Trailers and they are a very good trailer,
Most of the parts for most Aluminum bolt on trailers come from the same supplyers, the trailer manufacture just bolts them together. You have a triple axle trailer thats propably rated for 10.000lbs carrying a 288 sunny thats about 4-5k lbs,it better pull like a dream. |
It's funny you should say something about the creaking. I've never had an issue until this week . I just assumed that the linkage to the leaf springs just needed a little grease. I'm assuming you replaced the axles due to spindle damage from lack of grease or bad bearings?

Phoenix trailers are made in Michigan and are supposed to be pretty good. I'm a huge fan of Prestige both from a quality and customer service after the sale standpoint. Torsion axles on Prestige so no creaking.

I discovered last night my creaking is coming from the rear brake drums. After running the numbers it looks like it makes more sense to have everything gone through.
