Cool Check out my new dash!

Here are some pics of my upgraded dash.
I added Cherry red bezels between the yellow & Blue bezels, Blue momo wheel and PQ did the painting of the all the panels.
I moved the hour meters out of the engine box and mounted them to the right of the wheel.

Looks much better IMHO.

Here is a pic showing the entire dash. Note the passenger side panels are painted to match.

Bill, the thing that stands out the most in my mind is the steering wheel !!. Very nice. I love that color wheel.

The upgraded dash looks good as well.

Bill, Looking good mon! I especially like the trim rings. I too have thought about getting an aluminum wheel. I really like how it matches the controls!

P.S. I ordered billet cup holders from eddie marine (teal)

Bill,
What type of material is used on that wheel and do you think it will last? I have been thinking about changing mine. Do you or anyone else know who makes a colored anodized wheel?

The wheel is not aluminium. It is kinda soft. It is some type of plastic, other than that, I have no clue what it is made of. It shouldn't get grimey like the white wheels that PQ puts on as stock. This thing just wipes clean.

I got it from Keith Eikert at the Miami BS for $ 129.00.
Also EL Capitan (catalog) has them for & 169.00.

The model is "spargi". Another similar colored wheel is called "ponza"

The MFG is called Uflex (www.uflexusa.com) although thier website sucked. Get the info and ask for their catalog.

Thanks Bill (I think)

I need to find a purple anodized all alluminium wheel. I know I have seen it somewhere. Actually I have so many other issues at this point I guess that is the last thing I need to worry about.

Bill,
The dash looks sweet! I bought the Ponza style at the Miami show. I also got the Purple hub to match. I got it from Livorsi. I can't wait to put it on! I like the paint job on the dash. How much did Powerquest charge to do that? I have a 98 and that would be a nice looking upgrade. Good luck with the boat this season! It's almost that time!
