I posted on a couple other threads that I picked up a 92 290 with 502s. When I picked it up (hour noth of Chicago) a little over a month ago, all the lakes were frozen over and I didn't get to drive her. After full inspection and running the motors, and shifting, I bought the boat with the previous owners word that nothing was wrong, minus a couple little things that did not bother me. I got the boat out for the first time on Thursday. It was 80 degrees and man -ol- man have I had a constant grin on my face!!!!!!!! I love the boat, and can't wait for full time summer!! Thanks to Mark for answering all my 100 some odd questions over the last couple weeks! Happy Boating!!!

congrats man! i got my new 290 out for the first time on friday... great boats!

Got the boat out for the second time and the wife and in-laws went too! 76 degrees and a great day! Did I mention I love this boat!
I can't believe the wife was even smiling after the last 8 months of hearing nothing but "boat boat boat boat boat boat boat boat boat boat"
