There good boats that handle well for a 28 footer.

We'll be out for our second ride of the year next weekend.......I think I will let the legs loose on this beast and see where it will run on top.
If it doesnt break 80 I think I'll put some whipples on it!!

With HP525's you'll top 80 no prob....but put whipples on anyway!:eek:

This coming weekend will be my first run of the year, first run with the fresh engines. Can hardly wait! Curious what top end I'll get but just being on the water and hearing those mills purr is enough satisfaction.:drink:

What is the wot rpm of 525's.....5200 or 5400 rpm??

Supposedly 5200 stock. Mine bump the rev limiters at about 5150. But you can reprogram for higher if you like!

Considering a 38 Avenger. Are those good boats?

Where's Campion Chase been?? Met "white belt" Corey at LSC this weekend and he claims Campions boat(same graphic boat as corys new one) was trashed/filthy (I thought otherwise). I also thought it was kind of ironic since his last boat beaver retriever looked like it was washed with a mud hose lol. Not a very personable guy...
