Default Rocker switches on dash

I have a 280 SC with (2) momentary on - off - momentary on rocker switches next to each other on the starboard side of the steering wheel. They are both protected by one breaker. Anyone know what these were intended for?

I think you're correct. I found some dash pics for a 320 SC that's for sale with the switches labeled as trim tabs. I have the seperate lenco controller. Thanks.
