Well there big boater, I would run ANY baja with the same power, and have. And yet have not lost to them. As far as a fountain, they are fast, but I want room, you see I am taller then 5'4" and can actually see over my fairing. Now that being said people have there own opinion, but as for me I would never own either

This one is still on ebay...at least well equipped, a/c, macerator, hot & cold water, shower, platform shower...cockpit does look weathered though. Could it be a great boat at the price and some tlc?

well i have both a 340 vyper and 42 fountain lightning. like everyone is saying if you are looking for room powerquest hands down taller and wider and more cabin space as far as height. it just depends what you want. but i am in love with my 42 fountain. i am taking the 615's out of the powerquest and putting in the fountain and at the end of the year will be putting 502s in the powerquest and selling asking 60,000 to 65,00 for it and it is a 2000 e mail is want picts
