I gave 22k for mine. 2000-502, CMI headers, And the trailer is in ****ty shape but the boat is clean. 300hr on it. And ive been told that i stole it at 22k. Id list it for 28k OBO. and see what thay throw at ya.

I did say its worth 23 to 26k...
you are saying ask 28k and see were it goes so we are not far off....

I could be wrong but I think dra200832 thinks is worth alot more than that....who knows maybe he is right,,only time will tell...

I sold my 2000 w/ 502 and trailer back in spring 2010 for 28K, it was a salt water boat and had a few stress cracks but other than that it was in VGC. I think the 454 will hurt the price, I would think high 20's would be a good start.

WOW this thread has depressed the crap out of me. 35k I paid just last spring. Looked for a year. Deals don't come my way usually, but I thought it was an ok price compared to what I looked at. I was really hoping to move up to a 34 this year, but a 10k bath doesn't sound real appealing. The problem is it will take another 20 to make the 280 fast, another 20 I'll never get back.:poopoo:

I'm guessing prices very from location. At loto all comp boats seem alittle more. Hell a 96 27 laser just sold for 23 with trailer. An another 28 with trailer an 450 HR for 30. I believe it was a 2000. I still haven't got mine listed yet

anyone seen my old boat around, it was a 2000 280 w/ fairing, I sold it in spring of 2010 to a guy in SC, I think he sold it about a year ago, it said "Adrenaline" on the side, red, black silver graphics

Mine- 2001 Powerquest 280 race fairing edition under 100 hrs w/intercooled procharger. Looking towards another big twin. Like to get a scarab or formula or....340.
