im installing gaffrig throttle control in my 94 laser...i just found out the hole in the console is slightly bigger than the gaffrig base plate...does someone sell an adapter plate for that?...can't be the first time this has happened...

You could always make one from aluminum or fiberglass and paint it.

I had to cut mine out bigger on my 96 to accept the gaffrig throttle/shifter
