It might be. I've been tied up with Procnow before at Clinton. Boat looks similar.

Lift boat has a different meaning in this area and in LOTO. 99.9% are covered. My boat sits on a lift in a covered slip in the summer with a full cover. No sun damage.

It is a shame how some lift boats are kept here.
