The wiring in the previous post is it ...vista268 go to any automotive parts store ask for two 5 pin relays there will be numbers on the back as the previous post shows. I put them in a small plastic project box from Radio Shack and mounted under the rear seat next to the switches as I have a battery in there also for my Invertor so the wiring was easy ...had my girlfriend on it today and it lifted like nothing. mine was wired slightly different Boatnt as 85 went to ground and 86 to the switch only 87 had power from the battery must be the same but with different terminals used.

Just finished the re-wire per Boatnt's diagram. Works PERFECT. I would say my up speed is 30 to 40 percent faster and the down speed is easily twice as fast. Very nice improvement and thanks guys for sharing the information. Much appreciated!!!

Where did you guys mount the relays?
|
I bought a small plastic project box at radio shack and mounted it under my rear seat on the rear bulkhead. I put the inline fuse to the battery in this box as well. That way, if i ever blow a fuse or relay, I can get to it without lifting a dead hatch.
