Pull up Cleats

Does anyone know if the front cleat on a 300 has a drain? My other 2 PQ's had pull ups and there was never any water laying in the cleats. After rain or cleaning when I push the cleat in water sprays out all over. Thanks..

nope no drains..they are capped off..I had to install drains on mine..

I have drains on the pull up cleats on my 280SC.
