Default Exhaust Baffle of sorts?

Yet another question that I hope you guys can help me out on. I don't really know what the official name of this part is but it is basically a baffle in the exhaust tip on my thru-hulls that prevents the water from rushing back into to engine on my 95 257. The area around the welded nut on the inside has broken and the "baffle" is loose and rattling. Does anyone know where I can find this part or do I have to order new tips?

Thanks for any info.
