if he says no, meet him in the middle at 32k and tell him take it or leave it. Id rather have a guy that has the money offer me 32 than a dreamer offer me full price .

After looking over his book value numbers I showed him an edited version and new book numbers are at 33,200. And yes I know book numbers are garbage but its working as a bargining tool.

I wondered that too, thread kinda went silent for a month. IMO if you really like the boat and you are a couple grand away in price just buy the thing, especially if you plan to keep it for a number of years. How much time and $ have we all spent going to look at boats that the sellers think are in immaculate shape and we want to barf at what crappy shape some are in when we get there.
