What are the rules for Stereo Wars?

This year I will pic 3 people from crowd(hope to be 3 hot girls), they will get close to boat( use a boat line to set even space from boat to judge's) then have them rate 1 to 10, top three will have a play off. Last year was fun, but the crowd voting was a problem being that some boats were further away from other boats. It was fun, just trying to make more even!

Yes Keith there will be a group of us that are meeeting up to hang out and enjoy the show. You and the wife should come up.

We will have a fun run for lunch on Thurs. the 11th, then that night Mike was working on a room at Boyne maybe for a drink. Sunday after the run we normally get together at State Park or Oyster Bay. Just a couple things if you want to strech out your boating time.

A group of us from Torch have slips at Bay harbor. We'll be down there Friday night for the festivities, then watch the run just outside of Charlevoix. We'll see you there.

SO appears I'm late the party once again... What do the locals here recommend as a backup to not actually doing the run? Slips available at any hotels or anything?

Was thinking I'd skip the poker run and take the car up for the car show but now it sounds like a lot of people will be hanging out by boat to watch the poker runners. Sounds like a good time, just need to sort out how to best do this Any suggestions?

Boyne Mt. for a room, day boat from city launch in Boyne, or check the Charlevoix Motels and day boat from Charlevoix ramp. Talked to a guy from East Jordan, they say they are going to dredge the Marina. Not a great looking place, but power, water and showers. You might try Northwest Marina in Charlevoix, have not seen anyone say they are staying there?

Assuming I can get out of work that Saturday, I will be up watching (drooling) from the sidelines as well.

I believe we will be there watching from the sidelines too. We will probably be sitting in Round Lake or just outside the break wall.

I talked to Chip last night (derek knows him, unsure if you do) but forgot to ask when he is going up...I thought he said Friday prior but not sure.

My buddy Mark (38 Donzi ZR in slip 65) and Matt (32 Fountain in slip 61) will leave first thing Thursday morning. I think we would be in Boyne around noon.

Once the time is closer I will let you know.
