Keep in mind that Legend picked up a nice low low hour mint 38 on a trailer for 130k... And was an '07.

verbi69, I checked out the 320 in Oshkosh today. I'll pass on some of my findings.
Trailer, I'm not a fan of the aluminum trailers. I would replace all 6 tires and go through the wheel bearings. The aluminum rims are pitted and look rough.
The one center bunk is tilted wrong on the trailer. The boat just needs to be loaded correctly.
The boat needs a major cleaning and buffing. Slightly oxidized. There is one chip the size of a dime above the rub rail down to the glass and about a two inch scratch on the side. Very easy to fix. A few big scuffs on the bottom of the hull from loading on the trailer or from the lift it is stored on in the summer. I think most of it will buff out.
The drives have a few very small dings in the skag. The props are slightly rusty. Paint on drives look good. The remote switch for the stereo was removed and left with three open holes.
The interior needs major clening but all vinyl looks good. Cockpit cover dirty but in good condition. The sales person said the biminey and all curtains etc... have never been used. Cabin all looks good but a little bit of a musty smell. The batterys were dead so I didn't look at the engine compartment.
The boat was sold new in Oshkosh. Maintained at Sweewater. Stored warm in the winter. The boat has been run on Lake Winnebago.
It is a consignment boat and it sounds like the owner will deal on the price.
Overall, if you are willing to do a lot of cleaning and buffing I think it would be a good looking package.
