He is bringing $1500 cash, non-refundable along with the balance to cover re winterizing and shrinkwrap if he backs out. Is there any harm done running in 30 degree temps?

I would think the thermostat would keep the temps up, It will most likely run faster.

I've run in real cold. Other than thawing your body out, no problems!

The best of luck to you in this sale!!!!!

besides freezing your nuts off --- NO !

Take the 1500 cash and have some hot buttered rums afterwords . . .

Seriously, I would make sure motors are up to temps and go easy on the drives for awhile until the drive oil is somewhat warm.

Be safe.....not much survival time in these cold waters.

I dont even want to think about it. Anybody else want to go for a ride? It will definately test my "your not cold unless you think your cold" theory. Thanks guys for the input!

ANYONE?

When do you plan on testing? I will be down your way Thursday and maybe on Friday.

Given the amount of days I was able to boat this summer, I might consider a fun run...cold run...oh...a run in November. It would be a first.

Got the Columbia jacket, hat and gloves ready. I'll even bring some beer for the ride back to the dock.

Let me know what day.
