They do not want to work this out, after losing two times they started the court schite. If they wanted this to end they could in two minutes, but they obviously prefer to drag it on. I have said repeatedly a refund of the illegally charged credit card charges, and letter of apology would settle this. THEY have kept this alive.

Currently I have been getting my witnesses and pilot ready to fly to Iowa in March for a jury trial. Everyone has made arrangements. My attorney and I are currently discussing the pros and cons of calling Randy and Debbie Schultz to the witness stand. Given the obvious inconsistencies in their story, I am all for it, but we have not worked this all the way through yet.

I can't and won't speak for whats happing now but I do know of 5 boats that were around N.Y. late 90s that were just plain junk!!!! mine included. When I took mine back to him at my expence both ways I got a royal screwing and was lied to the whole time he had the boat. And for that I will never have a good word to say about the man.:(

D&B just changed the credit rating and payment outlook for the company. Anyone planning on doing business with them should do a comprehensive back ground check, as they should with any company they intend to spend a lot of money with.
A vendor who traditionally pays its bills tends to be a company who can be counted on to keep its word, and one who does not, well, you can figure that out.

93 30' twin 350's any tips?

Interested in a 93 30' for sale in Illinois. Was on e-bay but did not sell. reserve was 35,000. Did this model have any specific defects or design flaws that were common. It looks like a clean and modern looking design. Would 30,000 be out of line if it were mechanically sound. With good tri axle trailer?

30' with small blocks and Alfa drives?????

duunoit 03-26-2007 07:19 AM

The listing says Alpha One outdrives but they are Bravos (you can tell by looking at them...)

The props are 21's. With 1.5 drives, 5000 rpm (probably more like 4800, small blocks, remember) and 10% slip that would put it right at 60mph...

txwatergypsy 03-26-2007 02:38 PM

how do they ride

would you all say this model would ride pretty good in rough lake water? Im looking for something that would survive in a poker run without my wife hating me do to the hard hitting. The boat I have now feel like its gonna break apart.

cosmic12 03-26-2007 08:27 PM

First off its not a 30 its the 29. That boat used to belong to a guy that worked at the factory and he tried to sell it to me when I bought my 27. I talked to randy about it and he told me to stay away from it because it didn't work well with the small blocks(but knowing what I know now that could have been B.S) With that said I do know that the 29 hull worked real good in rough water as long as you kept it from falling apart. And I do meen falling apart.

I have a 1996 299 with gen+ 350's & bravo1's.Boat runs mid 70's with bravo1 4 blades. Great pokerrun boat in the Potomac River &Bay.Have had no real problems.

I saw a 29 being towed down the road toady. The first one I have seen in years. But then again I had to come to Independence Missouri to see it:rolleyes:

That is one hot looking boat. I'm sure that paint will hold it together.

Yeah, Flat water boats. oxymoron 24 degree dead rise and there all being used in the flat water parts of the country. Any one in the north east knows about those profiles.

It will ride great. They handle great in rough water. But find a Profile that's not going to break is the trick. If your looking for a poker run boat I would not buy a Profile. There are ones out there that are good, but you really need to know what to look for.

duunoit 02-22-2009 08:54 PM

The 308 that I had did great on the poker runs that I took it on. It was originally a B class boat so it didn't have any cabin to add weight and make it smoother. If the transom hadn't turned to sawdust, I would still have it. This wan't Profile's fault, it was whoever put the speedo pickup in and didn't seal it...
