Looking at 28 cat

I'm looking at a 1998 28 Profile that needs some work. It needs interior and a lower unit. I think I can get it around 14k. Is that a good deal? Or should I just walk away from it.

Will need more info. What yr. ,engine/hrs.,drive and does it come with a trailer.

1998, 525, don't know hours, xr drive(no lower unit), and yes it comes with a trailer. Has sat without cover so the interior is shot and someone stole the lower unit.
