What's the diff between standard mirage vs mirage plus

I everyone

I don't know what's the difference and that will help me if someone knows

My scarab 29 2000 with 2 fresh 350 mpi 300hp each with Bravo 1 HP, run actually two mirage plus 21 and i hit the rev limiter at 5100 at 67 mph .
And he run 38 mph at 3000trs
Next step i will try 2 standard mirage 23 and i will see

Any idea to give me a hand???

The Mirage Plus propellers have addidtional cup in the trailing edge which is not found in the older style Mirage. Many of the older boats perform well with the old style Mirage props but I think in your case the Mirage Plus will perform better. But there is no better way to find out than to try them for yourself. Safe Testing!

Like Julie said the M+ has more cup and more progressive pitch. The M+ provides more bow lift and works better on boats that need the lift. The M+ will also have 100-200 less rpm due to the cup.

If your boat has good natural bow lift the standard Mirage may work well. Like Julie said you don't know until you try it on your boat. My Pantera likes the standard Mirage better.

My bud repowered his 96 w/350 mag mpi and bravo's. runs mirage plus 23 's. Runs right at 5000 rpm. I have a 94 with carb mags and alphas, run the stock laser 2 23 pitch.

The Plus series also has a different hub bore depth and uses the PVS system.
