cracked blade labbed Bravo 1 32?
BBlades or ThrottleUP
Can a cracked blade that extends about 2/3 thru the blade half way down the blade be repaired? There is no visible offset at the crack. Local shop told me they don't repair cracked blades. If you can repair a chewed prop from hitting bottom, what would be the concerns with repairing a crack on an otherwise perfect prop? |

The metal along the weld can be compromised.
Something that big we consider unrepairable. Can we do it, yes. Do we suggest doing it, no. |

No we won't do that.

You can find someone to weld it and keep it as a emergency spare. It will crack again sooner or later.

The money you save trying to fix the prop, could cost you double in the long run. If its repaired and throws the blade it can do serious damage to the drive also. Dont chance it. Buy a new prop. :D :D

Good info. Thanks. Already bought a replacement. Strip, that picture could be my prop. Exactly the same crack placement and length.
