Rotation on a triple

Forgive me if this has already been covered. In theory, on a triple rig, whatīs the best set up with prop rotation - outermost props turning clockwise and the centre prop turning left?? Centre and right hand prop turning clockwise?? Centre and left prop turning clockwise?? The possible combinations are numerous and Iīm curious as to what is the best set up. And this sounds a daft question, but would the actual race course have any bearing on the set up. For example at Key West, essentially (apart from 1) every turn is to the left - could it be said that 2 of the 3 props turning clockwise would help the boat turn due to the transverse thrust effect ?? (I donīt actually own a boat but am a big offshore fan).

Rotational physics holds true with triples as well as with twins. However the affects can be sustantially diminished with the addition of the center motor.
