I have a 28' Magic Deck....(cat) Im running an Ilmor 625 with the TCM platinum shorty(1.5). 26p Bravo1 now.... 40mph at 4000rpm. 5800rpm at 80. My slip is crazy..... need advice on a 5 blade prop..... Hydromotive? Herring? Merc racing? Cost is not an issue.... I just dont want to get the wrong prop.....

With 25.3 as the actual pitch of your propeller, the slip is 13.6%. This isn't great for racing but definately not out of bounds for your pleasure application.

There are a couple options. One being a 1/2" spacer test. We have six drive spacers but nothing to fit your application.

Or, we can send you a 24P, 5 bl Maximus to test with. The 5 blade may have to be modified to match your application perfectly but it would give us the baseline needed to make that decision.
