4 blade bravo 1 26p vs 25p
what rpm diffrence will a 25p 4 blade give vs a 26p? I just put a new motor in my boat 670hp @ 5600rpm and my torq is 674@ 4900. I took my boat to the lake yesterday but the motor wouldn't get hot. I used a crossover with no thermastat. Today I put in a 160 therm with a bypass from the crossover. Anyway I was running the boat cold it water wouldn't register 100 degree's. I asked before on this forum about my drive, the person I bought the boat from said it was a xz but I gave serial #'s on here and someone said it was a bravo 3. Anyway I ran my boat and couldn't get it over 4600! Trimmed up also. I don't know what gears are in my drive. Is there any way to tell besides tearing it apart? Do you think that cause my boat was running cold I was losing alot of performance? Please help!!! Sorry for all the ???? Ted

I don't think it from running cold. I run the same crossover and no t-stat and i never get over 110 degrees most of the time it stays right at 100*.

n/a when I would go to take off I would give it throttle and it would pop, back fire It would take rolling it on to try and get it plained the motor came off the dyno the same way I put it in. I had the builder sell me the carb dist so I would get it as it came off the dyno

540ci I'm gonna check timing tommorow. I put it in as I got it out of the crate. The 1050 dominator was tuned in on the dyno. I hope it's just the timing.First time I had someone build me a motor! I thought I can put it in and be problem free?? I'll let you know! Thanx Ted

Sorry to hear about all the problems. Engine first set up / bottom second, propping last.
