Does it matter?
I have a set of 30 pitch 4 blade Mercury props that are polished to a mirror finish. I also have a spare set given to me that is just nice silver finish. Is there any difference in performance or is it just a look thing? thanks!

IMO the difference will be so small that you won't be able to tell, probably less than 1 mph. The only real difference might be the polished ones might be more attractive to a thief--make sure you got prop locks
