I was just reading the review of the new 35' Baja outlaw in this months Powerboat. As usual, they list the upgrades and options of the test boat vs the stock setup. They say that they upgraded the stock props to Mercury Racing CNC 5 blades and they show the additional cost as $16,000 !!! That would be an $8,000 up charge per prop which I'm guessing would put the cost of these props at $8,500 or more each.
Is this a typo or am I just out of touch with prop prices???

It seems like everytime they list upgrades they are totally inflated prices. Stereo upgrade w/Ipod connection $6000. Pop up cleats- $800. Snap in carpet $1150-where do they get some of these prices....Mike

I saw the article also and laughed at the price.
We sell these propellers. The MSRP is $5800. We sell them at $5100.
Yes the NXT1 will run #6 props and Bravo drive propellers. You need the correct hub kit and your all set.
